Resolved Question: What to do, equal value ?
What to do, how to get a fair deal

Both parents have now passed, will stands to be executed in a few weeks. Will states equal 3 way split. 3 sibling not on good terms, 2 sisters against me. 1 Home , one sister will almost “move in” except for actual paperwork and expect me to continue to pay household bills and taxes, my cut so to say. I am moving out of state—what if any options do I have?

HARD ONE. 1 acre lake front property. Property is equally owned between 3 different families, property can not be divided. IN the time sense it was purchased, property values, even now, have gone postal. What was purchased for 15K total, property now worth easy 125k property (1 acre) . Cabins around lake, except for these 3 have been leveled and replaced with Mega Homes. I am moving out of state—what. Now can I decide fair market value of my 1/3 share ?
For whatever reason, sisters will not hear of sale of any property. Will does not state either way. Sale of property “up north” would require control, we only own 1/3 , other families not interested, and cant really sell 1/3 of acre when court has said land can not be divided equally between all 3 parties.

Resolved Question: What should i do? Very Important Please HELP!?
My dad keeps saying im his “property” and that he “owns” me. He never listens to me. He yells at me all the time. He barely even provides for me anymore. I have a part time job like maybe $25 a week n i have to pay for my clothes,food, an anything that i want. He wont drive me anywhere when i need a ride n im not old enough to drive yet. Im forced to play a sport that i dont like bc he says he wont pay for my college fund n that i have to get in by myself. N now he wont let me spend my money that i make. He makes me give it to him n i never get it back, when i ask him y he says that bc im his property i have to give him my money n im not to spend it. He’s careless,rude,forgets all the time, n now i cant even use my own money to pay for food. if i find something to eat he takes it away saying im fat enough so i shouldnt eat. im not even that fat just a little chubby. when he makes food its usually old n moldy n he only makes food for him. I love my mother n she sometimes does stuff for me but i think she’s scared of him. he yells at her a lot n he takes credit for everything she does. we have a small business but she does all the work n my dad just yells at her n says he does everything for the bussiness. but he never does. he always takes breaks n my mother works non-stop. her health is even going bad. she can barely even move now, her back hurts all the time,in the morning she cant even stand up. n mi dad doesnt care. ive tried talking to mi dad but he wont listen ive tried mi mom but she just ignores the subject n changed the topic. im scared for her,me, and my brother. about 2 years ago on my rents anniversary mi mom was at her part time job as a rowing coach n at the lake that day her boat flipped over n she almsot drowned. she swallowed water n the moter almost cut her head off. when she got home n told us i felt so bad n i helped her,made her dinner,hugged,helped her relax. it really freaked me out. all mi dad did was laugh at her n say how stupid she was-getting herself almost drowned in front of her students. what should i do? im seriously hoping my mother divorces him n we go of on our own with my little brother. but i cant even talk to her about it. what should i do? im going insane. im totaly serious about this ppl plz dont tell me that im just whining or that their r ppl out there that r worse. i know that i also need help too though. im live in pennsylvania n im 14. am i aloud to get a divorce for my parents or something? what can i do to talk to mi mom? help plz!??!
