Open Question: What it takes to cure this economy is listed here, do you agree?
1. banks must not indulge themselves in unregulated loans or agreements that put the publics money at risk. Because of this dividends will shrink so those dividends are tax free until the recovery is well under way. 2. all wage increases for anyone is now set at maximum of 3% until the recovery is well underway. 3. companies receiving bailout loans have wages frozen for 3 years and no bonuses can be given until that time period is lifted, which is subject to Federal approval or until bail out is repaid in full. 4. Special tax concessions will be given to companies providing jobs to North Americans who make products in North America using manufactured goods made in North America. 5. Special tax concessions will be given to energy companies and individuals who can create energy savings through the use of none oil based raw materials especially in the wind, water, biofuel, solar, nuclear fields. 6. Companies bringing jobs back to North America from foreign outlets will receive tax concessions for doing so. 7. auto manufacturers will receive tax breaks by cutting over production of vehicles that are deemed unhealthy to the environment despite sales. Curtailing the use of problem motors, designs, transmissions, etc. will be rewarded with lower taxes. 8. Agricultural interests will be green orientated with more crops being produced in the vegetable, fruit variety and cutting back in the meat production area. Lessening the agriculture land devoted to cattle, pig and chicken farming and increasing the vegetable and fruit growing will be encouraged with greater taxes on the meat industry and less on the fruits and vegetables. 9. Monies will be spent on making America greener with North American facilities manufacturing an array of solar panels, wind turbines , nuclear and water projects designed to lessen the reliance on oil. 10. Concentrating efforts on rekindling a weakened economy will focus monies on that and not on waging wars around the globe. What do you think?
